INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating a homicide on the near northside of Indianapolis on Saturday afternoon. Officers responded to an apartment at 2444 Beckwith Dr. near East 25th Street on a report of a person shot and found a person with gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to the hospital in critical condition where he later died. Police have not released any additional information on the incident. This is a developing story.
