Former Vice President and Indiana Governor Mike Pence is expressing his disapproval of former President Trump’s involvement in the January 6th Capitol attack.
In remarks Saturday evening at the annual Gridiron Club Dinner in Washington, DC, Pence said that Trump was wrong for saying that the former VP had authority to overturn the 2020 election results.
He added that “history will hold Donald Trump accountable,” and that Trump’s words “endangered” Pence’s family and everyone at the Capitol.
