Vincennes Man Arrested after Morning Chase on US 50 and US 41

Indiana State Police arrested a Vincennes man Thursday morning after a chase on US 50 and 41.

A state trooper attempted to pull over 50-year-old Chad Bond on US 50 near Robinson Road for driving 107 miles per hour.

Police say Bond refused to stop and continued westbound on 50 to US 41.

The pursuit came to an end on US 41 at Plank Road after another state trooper used stop sticks to deflate the tires on Bond’s minivan.

Bond is being held in the Knox County Jail on preliminary charges of Resisting Law Enforcement with a Vehicle and Reckless Driving.
